MINISTRY OF HIGHER EDUCATION :
Austine Echare Ayemidejor was born on the 9th March, 1961 at
Igbeku-Amukpe, Sapele, Sapele Local Government Area. He hails from Sapele
LGA in Delta State. He start his education at St. John Anglican Primary
School (now Ethiope Primary Amukpe, Delta State) were he obtained the
Primary School Leaving Certificate.1974, proceeded to Eziafa Grammar
School Sapele, Delta State were he obtained the West Africa School Certificate
(WASC) 1980, then Auchi Polytechnic, Auchi Edo State He
has worked with Audien Survey, Sapele 1985-86, Lafia Local Govt. Council,
Nassarawa State(NYSC) as Corpers Liaison Officers (CLO) 1990-91, Sapele
Local Govt. Sapele, Delta State. He is married with children. Send

MINISTRY OF PRIMARY & SECONDARY EDUCATION Mrs Veronica Efetemere Ogbuagu was born on August 28, 1957 and hails from Uvwie Local Government Area of Delta State, Nigeria. She obtained her First School Leaving Certificate at Convent School I, Warri from 1963- 1969; West Africa School Certificate (WASC) at St Theresa's Grammar School, Ughelli from 1969-1974; National Certificate of Education (NCE) in 1982 from College of Education, Abraka, Delta State; Bachelor in Education (B.Ed) Guidance and Counselling, 1989 from the University of Ibadan; Masters (M.Ed) Guidance & Counselling. 1990; University of Ibadan; Ph.D (Educational Psychology) 1997 to date.. She has all along been in education administration in different government academic institutions and is presently the Founder and Principal of Chinkelly Nursery, Primary and Secondary Schools, Ekpan, Efurun Delta State, Nigeria. She also has many publications to her credit, amongst which are; (i) Sex and AIDS Education - The Positive Approach, 1996; (ii) Co-Author, English for Primary Schools, University Press, 1999; (iii) Teaching Children Simple Health Habits, 2000; (iv) Poems for Children, 2002; She is a specialist in Guidance and Counselling of Youths, Women, Parents and Community Leaders.
