CHIEF LAWRENCE. C. OSIEGBU was born on September 22, 1961 in Boji - Boji, Owa. He hails from Ika North East. He attended Texas Southern University, Houston Texas: 1980 - 1984 where he got a Bachelor of Bus. Admin. (BBA) General Business 1984, St Charles College, Abavo, Delta State: 1978 - 1979, West African school Certificate (WASC) 1979, Adolor College, Benin City 1973 - 1978 and NBC Primary school, Boji - Boji, Owa 1967 - 1973, First School Leaving Certificate 1973

Awards: While in RDA as the Executive Chairman, the State won the PHCN, Benin Zone Award as the best Performing State in the Rural Energy Development in 2006.
