The Tertiary Institutions Entrepreneurship Programme (TEP) is a novel initiative of the Delta State Government, borne out of the need to encourage entrepreneurship development of students with innovative ideas in the State-owned Tertiary Institutions.
The following are eligibility criteria for TEP
 Applicants must be a Student of any of the State-owned Tertiary Institutions.
 Applicants must be of Delta State origin.
 Applicants must be between the age of 18 to 30 years.
 Eligible Applicants are students from:
o University - 200 Level, 300 Level and Penultimate Year
o Polytechnics - ND 2 and HND 1
o Colleges of Education - NCE 2 & 3, Degree 200 Level & 300 Level
 Applicants must have a minimum of 2.5 CGPA.
 Applicants must pass Computer Based Test (CBT).
To apply for TEP, you have to visit the TEP online portal https://www.deltastate.gov.ng/tepreg/ click on START Application
You will get an email notification after you have submitted your application.
NO! TEP is free and open to Students of any of the State-owned Tertiary Institutions.
Please visit your Institutions Exams and Record to obtain your CGPA before, starting your Application.
NO! Double Application will lead to disqualification.
NO! You can not pause your TEP Application. Once you start you must complete the process.
